London Buses route 150 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Becontree Heath and Chigwell Row, it is operated by Arriva London. ==History== Route 150 commenced operating on 26 June 1947 between Barkingside and Hainault. On 10 December 1947, it was extended from Hainault to Chigwell Row, and on 5 May 1948 from Barkingside to Ilford. On 20 August 1958, the route was extended from Ilford to Lambourne End. On 15 October 1977, it was withdrawn between Becontree and Ilford, and Chigwell Row and Lambourne End. Upon being put up for tender, route 150 passed to Harris Bus, West Thurrock on 19 July 1997. Following the collapse of Harris Bus in December 1999, 〔(TfL announces sale of East Thames Buses ) Transport for London 29 July 2009〕 the route temporarily passed to Blue Triangle. On 15 April 2000, it was taken over by East Thames Buses, Ash Grove. On 26 June 2004, route 150 was reinstated from Ilford to Becontree Heath.
